Hospital, Assisted Living and Homebound Signings

When someone can't travel, we go to them. Before the visit, we confirm what ID the signer has and walk the family through options if an ID is expired or missing, so the appointment isn't delayed. We can bring witnesses and handle the coordination from start to finish.

Pricing

Our pricing reflects the preparation, reliability and care each appointment requires, from confirming ID requirements before the visit to completing every document accurately the first time.

• Mobile appointments start at $75, which covers up to two notarizations. Additional notarizations are $10 each where applicable.

• Hospital and care facility visits, witnesses, additional signers and longer travel are quoted when you book.

• Law firms, title companies and facilities: ask for our business fee schedule.

We work with attorneys, title companies and senior living communities who need a dependable notary partner. We follow your firm's process, print and scan documents when needed, and invoice your firm directly, so clients don't handle payment at the signing. Ongoing partners can request Net 15 terms.
